CrossFit Group WODs

CrossFit/Group WOD’s, classes start at posted time, please arrive to class 15 minutes prior for warm up. If you arrive late, be prepared to wait until the next class begins.

Foundations (By appointment only.)

Required for Membership.  Foundations consists of four 1-hour classes where Crossfit core movements and techniques are taught.  Class size can range from 1 to 5 athletes.  Please call Raquel to schedule your classes at 321-696-3882.

Mid-Day is reserved for private sessions. New time slots will open or be modified based on client needs.

    Hey Crossfit family! I need a team on Saturday, please let me know if I can be on your team. I will be at the 7:00 class tonight or give me a call 407-902-3823. I am the “chica” from Crossfit Spartanburg SC. looking forward to Saturday.
