After getting many massages at over-priced salons I will not go to anyone else to get a massage but Lise! She does an amazing massage that really works out all my tension and various aches & pains from working out hard!! Highly recommend her!!

By far the best massage I have ever had. I am so impressed by Lise. I arrived with a sore, tense, tired body and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. For someone like me who is in constant discomfort from a tense, sore back Lise is a Godsend.

There is only one word to describe the massage therapy that I have received from Lise at CrossFit Firebase Orlando….Magical, Amazing, Incredible, Healing, Miraculous! Okay, that was more than one word, but it truly is a phenomenal experience. I have been to many massage therapists over the years, but it was when I discovered Lise at CFBO that I knew how rejuvenating a massage could be…not only for my body, but my mind and spirit too! Her prices are affordable and her genuine desire to help is refreshing. I would highly recommend her services to anyone…everyone!!!

I scheduled a massage with Lise on Saturday. It was my first massage (ever), but my back had been sore and tight for weeks. I was willing to try anything. Not only did she fit me into her schedule on short notice, but she stayed an extra half-hour to loosen years of muscle abuse.

I had no idea how severe those knots were in my back and legs. Not only did she straighten me out from head to toe, but I left so relaxed there was some concern about driving home.

Lise made me completely comfortable and worked wonders on my back and legs. I’d recommend that everyone should take the opportunity to schedule an appointment. It’s worth every penny and then some.

OK, I am a bit of a massage snob ( I admit it)! Lise that was THE BEST massage I have ever had! I really had no idea that my muscles were that tight. Apparently, I carry the weight of the world in my left glute & hamstring!!!!My back & legs feel amazing, really rejuvenated & strong.
I HIGHLY suggest that everyone take advantage of your talent. Thank you, Diva D

Fantastic massage. I have been to several different massage establishments only to leave in disappointment, and with very minimal results from the massage. I’m a special kind of tight and for Lise to be able to loosen my back was amazing. The next day I felt stronger and more limber. I will definitely be using her services again and i suggest You do the same. Thanks Lise.
