Conveniently located on the eastside of Orlando between Colonial Drive (S.R.50) and the Greenway Expressway (408/417). Minutes from downtown Orlando and the University of Central Florida.
Please Note: CrossFit Firebase is located off of Forsyth Commerce Road and NOT Gatehouse Circle…you cannot access the gym from Gatehouse Circle and Google directions will give you the incorrect directions. Please check the map carefully.

    It was nice wodding with the crew at Crossfit Firebase. Got a great wod and learned some new things. Special thanks to Carlos, Jason, and Raquel for making me feel welcome. You have an awsome following. Nice meeting you Kathy (or Cathy…sorry for not knowing the correct spelling of you name), and the other two girls whose names escape me right now.     Thanks for letting me work out this morning guys! It’s just what I needed after completing the Orlando Half Ironman. It’s always a pleasure to travel around the world and meet some great people in each of the Crossfit Affiliates. Thanks again Carlos and Jason. We’ll see you the next time we’re in Orlando.     Thank you for letting us work out in your gym while we were in town. We were super impressed with the training, the atmosphere, and WOD’s. My cousin Jack introduced us to CrossFit a year ago and we have been addicted ever since! He is very proud of your gym and being there we could see why. I’m sure we’ll be back again!
