I am amazed at how much he has changed since working out with you. I live in NJ and only get to hear about your "WODs" via email or phone. I also get an occasional picture of him while working out. I used to boast I was the physically fit one in the family - but now I am playing second string to my little brother. He is healthier than I have ever seen him. THANKS!!
