4 Rounds For Time
As a 4 person team, complete 4 Rounds of:
800m Run
120 Burpees
120 Overhead Squats (45#M/35#W)
*Team must complete each run together. Only one person working at a time during the burpees and overhead squats. If bar is touches ground once overhead squats begin, team members must stop and complete 10 burpees each before continuing with the overhead squats.

Looks like a fun WOD. Sorry I missed it. Did the WOD at Crossfit 360 in Miami. Some fun ‘Man on Fire” Burpees, 2 for 1 wall balls (wall ball with air squat when ball in the air), weighted monster walk and the following brutal device:

That is awesome, i can’t wait to dance with the prowler again…. The prowler and I used to be friends a long time ago…i am sure she will OWN me the first few runs back… haha
