42 Kettlebell Swings

15 Front Squats

30 Kettlebell Swings

9 Front Squats

18 Kettlebell Swings

6 Front Squats

RX PLUS: While Partner 1 Rows 250m, Partner 2 continuously moves between 10 Push Ups and 10 Air Squats. Partner 1 calls “Switch”, Partner 2 Rows 250m, while Partner 1 picks up the count.  Continue the cycle until 1,500m, 150 push ups and 150 air squats is reached.

    Hellooooo everyone!!!
    I did this WOD on my own here in sunny Tucson, AZ.
    12min 95# front squat, 30# DB Swing
    minus crazy music, minus bumpers, plus 8 b-ball court sprints
    Hope everyon is doing well.
