As a three person team, you must complete the following: 3k Row 300 Thrusters (65#M/45#W) Bar cannot touch ground nor pause for more than 3 seconds while completing movement or there is a 5 Burpee  team penalty.

Move 4,000 lbs Overhead, Anyway Possible.  Barbell must start on the ground for each rep.  Using your choice of movement (Example – Clean & Jerk or Power Snatch) 100# x 40 reps 80# x 50 reps 50# x 80 reps
