Can’t believe I missed Master Chief. That work out is tough! Everybody looks a lot stronger than last time.
Well, I’m heading back to San Francisco tomorrow but wanted to thank everyone at CF Fire Base for welcoming me into the box and pushing me to the limits. Danny and Raquel–you guys have a top notch place, and Jason and Carlos are great trainers to have working with you. I enjoyed all of the WODs and I was smoked after each and every one of them. CFFB has some beasts within its walls–I hope to attain that level of fitness one day, and hope to train with you all again in the future. Thank you!
