New Open Gym Hours
Effective this Saturday, January 28, we will begin having open gym hours following the 10:30 WOD. Open gym hours will run from 11:30 AM, or the completion of the 10:30 class, until 2:30 PM.
Additionally, we will be extending daily open gym hours from the completion of the last morning WOD until 3PM, Monday through Friday.
Available slots will be limited to 15 members. Please sign up on Mindbody to reserve your slot. If you have any signup issues, questions or concerns, please contact Raquel or Kyle.

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6, 2008 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.
